50 Love Poems Before Sunset
into the street of the sky
light walks scattering poems
how beautifully swims
the fooling world
(heart,could we bear
the marvel of this thing?)
let’s live suddenly without thinking:
when souls which have forgot frivolity
cannot touch because they are too near
when(being fool to fancy)i have deemed
something which is worth the whole.
just at the edge of day)i surely
make a millionth poem
great writhing words as,uttering overmuch,
I will take the sun in my mouth
newfragile yellowsgold
it does not greatly matter to the sun,
because she is beautiful
god gloats upon Her stunning flesh.

through incense,
crescendo, and silver muting.
i utter lilac shrieks and scarlet

Unity through understanding Is easy. Unity despite our differences, These rich, wonderful things That make us who we are, But some might not understand, Isn't as easy or straightforward, no. But it's just as important, just as worthy, just as necessary. There are biases in our heads That we must face up to Every single day.

Catherine had been to many libraries before, but this one was something else. It was far larger than the one run by her friend Karina, and handled mostly magic-related texts, many of which seemed to be many decades old. She felt the urge to take one of the books off the shelf to study it, but she was there for a specific reason. She didn’t realize that she was holding her long brown hair, tied in its customary braid, and tightly so. The person she was there to see, a meerkat shortstack, wasn’t all too hard to find. She was only half the vixen’s height, but much more voluptuous. “Meerina?” she asked softly. It was enough to startle the meerkat. Catherine put her hands out in a gesture of apology. “Uh, hi,” she said shyly. “You’re Catherine?” “Yes, I’m the one your boyfriend Jam told me about. A great guy, really.” “Oh, I know he is,” Meerina said, looking flustered. “I take it you’re here to, well, become me?” “I

"Written" for the Prompt at PoeticalCondition group. Prompt is to write a Cento (A piece using writing from others, but rearranged to make a new poem). These are not my words. They are pulled from 50 Poems by E.E.Cummings. Too many poems to list so here's a link to the site I pulled them from: hellopoetry.com/e-e-cummings/
